Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis
Provide direct patient care in our state-of-the-art dialysis center. Administer hemodialysis treatments, monitor patient vitals, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary care team.
Requirements
- Active Michigan RN license
- BLS/ACLS certification
- Dialysis experience preferred
- Strong patient communication skills
Patient Care Technician (PCT)
Assist nurses in delivering exceptional dialysis care. Set up and operate dialysis machines, monitor patients during treatment, and ensure a comfortable, safe environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- CNA or PCT certification preferred
- CPR certification
- Compassionate patient-first attitude
Medical Social Worker
Support patients and families navigating the emotional, social, and financial challenges of kidney disease. Coordinate community resources and provide counseling services.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Michigan LMSW license
- Experience in healthcare setting
- Knowledge of insurance and community resources
Registered Dietitian – Renal
Develop individualized nutrition care plans for dialysis patients. Educate patients on renal diet guidelines and monitor nutritional status throughout treatment.
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
- Renal nutrition experience preferred
- Strong patient education skills
- Michigan licensure
Front Desk & Patient Coordinator
Be the welcoming face of Home Comfort Dialysis. Manage patient scheduling, insurance verification, and administrative support to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years medical office experience
- Knowledge of medical billing/insurance
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in EHR systems
Biomedical Technician
Maintain, repair, and calibrate dialysis equipment and water treatment systems. Ensure all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Biomedical Technology or related field
- Experience with dialysis equipment preferred
- CBET certification a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude
